Happy New You

4 days before the new year 5 sisters with square hands and silver dollar eyes pose on the bow of a ship headed for the moon. Floating along on butterfly shaped sails, the days lift them up. They move only during night as the sun freezes their vessel in mid air. As dusk approaches their oars begin to vibrate and the stern starts to glow. The energy of the sun empowers them to move on in the darkness, slowly but surely. As our watches tick they get closer. As the apple drops in time square they pull in their net, revealing a new earth, a new energy, a new you.
