So I'm on a kick to start being not only in better shape, but learning how to protect myself. So what I did is start learning about Bruce Lee's art of JKD. It's really quite cool actually. I am just starting out but already feel better about myself. I have two really nice instructors: Steven and Mike who are there to train me. Anyway, just updating you.
