Black Dice - Smiling Off Video

This video is pure chaos and nuts. That's why it rules the school.

It's much better when you view it on your tv cause its kinda hard to see all the weirdness going on in this compressed video.

But check it out

Old Stuff I wrote a long time ago

Ever go through your old computer files and stumble upon weird stuff?
I found this from long ago.
=============================

bleeding from the thumb
hit on by the fridge
last glass unites with
liquid spells of delight

master your consequence
feel and unite
these are the days

ice cubes tingle the tongue
black glass and polyurethane
unite the senses
afterglows remembrances

thee eternal now is now
pint shots and how
we used to be
always what we wanted to be

longitude by attitude
120 degress
left out in the open
moths express and light

clothes for overshadowing
cars for overtravelling
lets get it together
hot spells in summer

positive and negative
together

================
================

we like it
blenders blending cars
trash compacting jars
life compacting life
whats going on

Carla is a jerk
you know what is going on
guys banging in the background
fucked over for drug money
uh huh

never ending lunch time
smashing goldfish in the back
ringer rings the call bell
singer sings the knife spell
stab in the heart is content

s is for sake
sake for going on and on
letters imprint themselves
nothing matters
mothers matter

Question marks represent
words drift in decent
push comes to death
very well we are here
every well disappears

clouds in formation
unite only in your mind
diffusion and unison
h after I
backward sounds us

lifelines shoot forth
under called by force
jungles rely on earth
we are the jungle
children singing 46 days

plastic bags for reaching in,
linen soft touch for breathing
keys for journals and others
lipstick gloss and velour feel
lights shadow the street night

the electricity that is you is me
the ever connections
star glaze and math
optical illusions
lets forget the last seconds

sun breath and touch
we are the last and beginning torch
ever fire and ever ice
pinnacle and tow everlasting
your body dances in delight

pitch the last second thoughts
nothing and everything at once
joined together and forever shall be
this is the now
this is the end

never leaving never expiring
only thing that is left is laughter
move on
its what matters
its what is staying

================

I lifted my arms
and the winds picked up
I lifted my arms
and lights shut off

I controll the leaves
that wave in the breeze
I am the leaves
that wave in the breeze

I am the ever pressing buttons
the ever expressing language
that speaks these words
that you hear

In your own head
I am there
as you are here
and always will be

Always in the middle
between edge and edge
breath and breath
life and life

Up There In My Top 10 Of All Time

Unit three thousand twenty one is warming
Makes a humming sound - when its circuits
Duplicate emotions - and a sense of coldness detaches
As it tries to comfort your sadness

One more robot learns to be something more than
A machine - when it tries the way it does - makes it seem
Like it can love -
Cause it's hard to say what's real - when you know the
Way you feel - is it wrong to think it's love
When it tries the way it does...

Feeling a synthetic kind of love
Dreaming a sympathetic wish -
As the lights blink faster and brighter -

One more robot learns to be something more than
A machine - when it tries the way it does - makes it seem
Like it can love -
Cause it's hard to say what's real - when you know the
Way you feel - is it wrong to think it's love
When it tries the way it does...

if there's any album that gets me to explore things...art, music, thought gathering, writing, inspiration...its Yoshimi. I love it so. There's a guy my spouse used to work with who moved a few years ago. So everytime we hear this album, my spousie says "you remind me of *insert name* who moved away with his wife who was a physical therapist (or something like that) a few years ago. The way you take up new mediums and excel, the way you talk, your experiences, just the most awesome parts of you, they remind me of him. he's your twin." So anyway, when the spouse found out I LOVED this album, and knew this work guy did too, it opened a door for us to know eachother. It piqued the interest of my sig other enough to explore me and then love me. I loved this album before, but now it means so much more. Understand?

Casimir Pulaski Day

Golden rod and the 4-H stone
The things I brought you
When I found out you had cancer of the bone

Your father cried on the telephone
And he drove his car to the Navy yard
Just to prove that he was sorry

In the morning through the window shade
When the light pressed up against your shoulder blade
I could see what you were reading

Oh the glory that the lord has made
And the complications you could do without
When I kissed you on the mouth

Tuesday night at the bible study
We lift our hands and pray over your body
But nothing ever happens

I remember at Michael's house
In the living room when you kissed my neck
And I almost touched your blouse

In the morning at the top of the stairs
When your father found out what we did that night
And you told me you were scared

Oh the glory when you ran outside
With your shirt tucked in and your shoes untied
And you told me not to follow you

Sunday night when I cleaned the house
I find the card where you wrote it out
With the pictures of your mother

On the floor at the great divide
With my shirt tucked in and my shoes untied
I am crying in the bathroom

In the morning when you finally go
And the nurse runs in with her head hung low
And the cardinal hits the window

In the morning in the winter shade
On the first of March on the holiday
I thought I saw you breathing

Oh the glory that the lord has made
And the complications when I see his face
In the morning in the window

Oh the glory when he took our place
But he took my shoulders and he shook my face
And he takes
and he takes
and he takes

Come On! Feel The Illinoise!

Oh great intentions
I've got the best of interventions
But when the ads come
I think about it now

In my infliction
Entrepreneurial conditions
Take us to glory
I think about it now

Cannot conversations cull united nations?
If you got the patience, celebrate the ancients
Cannot all creation call it celebration?
Or united nation. Put it to your head.

Oh great white city
I've got the adequate committee
Where have your walls gone?
I think about it now

Chicago, in fashion, the soft drinks, expansion
Oh Columbia!
From Paris, incentive, like Cream of Wheat invented,
The Ferris Wheel!

Oh great intentions
Covenant with the imitation
Have you no conscience?
I think about it now

Oh God of Progress
Have you degraded or forgot us?
Where have your laws gone?
I think about it now

Ancient hieroglyphic or the South Pacific
Typically terrific, busy and prolific

Classical devotion, architect promotion
Lacking in emotion. Think about it now.

Chicago, the New Age, but what would Frank Lloyd Wright say?
Oh Columbia!
Amusement or treasure, these optimistic pleasures
Like the Ferris Wheel!

Cannot conversations cull united nations?
If you got the patience, celebrate the ancients

Columbia!

I cried myself to sleep last night
And the ghost of Carl, he approached my window
I was hypnotized, I was asked
To improvise
On the attitude, the regret
Of a thousand centuries of death

Even with the heart of terror and the superstitious wearer
I am riding all alone
I am writing all alone

Even in my best condition, counting all the superstition
I am riding all alone
I am running all alone

And we laughed at the beatitudes of a thousand lines
We were asked at the attitudes
They reminded us of death

Even with the rest belated, everything is antiquated
Are you writing from the heart?
Are you writing from the heart?

Even in his heart the Devil has to know the water level
Are you writing from the heart?
Are you writing from the heart?

And I cried myself to sleep last night
For the Earth, and materials, they may sound just right to me

Even with the rest belated, everything is antiquated
Are you writing from the heart?
Are you writing from the heart?

Even in his heart the Devil has to know the water level
Are you writing from the heart?
Are you writing from the heart?

We Dance Alone

Send a telegram
Tell me your thoughts
I want to live for a day
And the way that we lost
But unfortunately the train
Got crissed not crossed
Left the keys in the car
So the legs have to walk
Desert terrain and the wayward plain
Waiting for rain
And the dead ain't afraid
Of what pain might be
To the pleasure we knew
Before we had to move on
I did my best for you

Doo doo doo, doo doo doo

Doo doo doo, doo doo doo

Doo doo doo doo doo doo

Doo doo doo doo doo doo

Darker
We dance alone this way
It's getting darker
We dance alone this way

I waited for a fire
To collide with the planet
Tried to get back on the world
As it was turning around
Hundreds of pieces
From a life that crashed
Watching every minute
Of the wreckage that passed
'Cause motions wearing down
All my thoughts
'Til they're all smoothed out
Like rocks were tossed
Nooks and creeks
and the water to go
We descended on the reality
Down below

Darker

We dance alone this way

It's getting darker

We dance alone this way

I'm gonna grab a train
Gonna break the hope
I put the life beating out
Like a stray in a boat
Let the scenery pass
Like a blown-out TV
Thought I saw a ghost
But it might have been me
Might have been the world
That was moving too fast
Caught up in the future
That was coming to pass
Now looking for a place
Where the lights unravel
Last ditch road
Trespassers travel on

Darker

We dance alone this way

It's getting darker

We dance alone this way

We dance alone this way

Bad Hair But Cool Junk

Exhuming McCarthy

You're beautiful, more beautiful than me
You're honorable, more honorable than me
Loyal to the Bank of America

It's a sign of the times
It's a sign of the times

You're sharpening stones, walking on coals
To improve your business acumen
Sharpening stones, walking on coals,
To improve your business acumen

Vested interest united ties, landed gentry rationalize
Look who bought the myth, by jingo, buy America

Enemy sighted, enemy met, I'm addressing the realpolitik
Look who bought the myth, by jingo, buy America

"Let us not assassinate this man further Senator,
You've done enough. Have you no sense of decency, sir?
At long last, have you left no sense of decency?"

We're sharpening stones, walking on coals
To improve your business acumen
Sharpening stones, walking on coals,
To improve your business acumen

Enemy sighted, enemy met, I'm addressing the realpolitik
You've seen start and you've seen quit
(I'm addressing the table of content)
I always thought of you as quick
Exhuming McCarthy
(Meet me at the book burning)
Exhuming McCarthy
(Meet me at the book burning)
Exhuming McCarthy

Chorus And The Ring

Hey there now young wholly, swing along
quote the scriptures, keep them guessing
which pit you crawled from.
Just defy it, just deny it, was it fun?
Your time is come -
What have you done? What have you done?

That's when the insults start to sting
You can't remember anything
The chorus chime in, the Greek chorus,
the machine of God singing.

It's the poison that in measures brings illuminating vision
It's the knowing with a wink that we expect in Southern women
It's the wolf that knows which root to dig to save itself
It's the octopus that crawled back to the sea.

That's when the insults start to sting
You can't remember anything
The chorus chime in, the Greek chorus,
the machine of God ring!

Hammered, shooting plywood in the backyard
laughing 'cause the racket makes the blackbirds sing.
Write the holy terror, suck the marrow from the bone -
singe your own wings burning books,
you got the chorus and the ring.

That's when the insults start to sting
You can't remember anything
The chorus chime in the Greek chorus,
the machine sings.
That's when the insults start to sting
You can't remember anything
The chorus chime in the Greek chorus,
the machine sings.

That's when the calibration brittle as a stick
gets you the gold ring
and the tar museum Che Guevera wink,
gold ring.

gold ring.

Sing...
